Self-Cleaning Roadside Reflector
The Spinflector 2.0 is an innovative self-cleaning roadside reflector designed for use on mine sites. It is designed to harness wind energy to self clean reflectors on delineation posts. The brush is attached to the head and wind vanes, which cleans the reflective tape as the wind blows.
Currently, reflectors and delineators are cleaned manually by mine site cleaning crews, a laborious and dangerous task. Whether working on a site that’s rainy and cold or hot and dusty, a standard roadside reflector requires near constant on-going cleaning as dirt and other debris is continuously thrown on to the reflectors. That’s where the Spinflector 2.0 comes in.
Fully wind powered, Spinflector 2.0 reflectors require no grid power or water to enable their self-cleaning. They are easy to install on standard delineator posts and require little ongoing maintenance.
By using a self-cleaning delineator, this innovative product will save mine sites thousands of dollars annually.
